As President and Chief Executive Officer, William R. Teel, Jr. is responsible for overall executive leadership which includes responsibility for business affairs, corporate strategic planning, and mission success. William R. Teel, Jr. founded 1 Source Consulting, Inc. in April, 1999 with the vision of building a Strategic IT and Management Consulting firm focused on helping clients "create synergy between business demands and technology solutions." William's extensive experience of over 16 years in the federal, commercial, and non-profit arenas also reinforced his belief that, in today's economy, organizations must optimize business operations, perform efficiently with scarce resources, and successfully compete in a rapidly changing global market.

Consequently, he has built upon this vision a professional services firm that continuously emphasizes the highest work standards and professionalism, continuously delivers quality services, and conducts daily business activities grounded in strong business ethics. Today, William provides the strategic leadership that ensures 1 Source Consulting continues to exceed customer expectations.

Prior to starting 1 Source Consulting, William worked at the U.S. Department of Energy, T. Rowe Price, Association of American Medical Colleges, James Martin Consulting, and ACS Government Solutions.

William holds a B.S. and M.S. from Bowie State University and an M.S. from Johns Hopkins University.
